Website terms of use

Last updated 23 October 2026

By using engagegames.io, you agree to these terms. If you work with us, your contract governs that work; these terms only cover the website.

1. Who we are

1.1 engagegames.io is run by Betmate Limited, trading as Engage Games ("we", "us"), registered in England and Wales under company number 12612922, with its registered office at Office 09, 12 Jordan Street, Liverpool, L1 0BP.

1.2 You can contact us at hello@engagegames.io.

2. Using our content

2.1 We own, or are licensed to use, the content on this site, including text, designs, game artwork, video and code. You may view it, download extracts for your own reference and share links to it. You must not use it commercially, change it or suggest we endorse anything, without our written permission.

2.2 Client names and logos belong to their owners.

3. Don’t rely on the content

3.1 The site’s content is general information, not advice. Case studies and figures describe results for particular clients and aren’t a promise of the results you’d get. We try to keep it accurate and up to date, but we don’t guarantee that it is.

4. Our liability to you

4.1 Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else the law doesn’t allow us to exclude or limit.

4.2 If you’re using the site for business, we exclude all implied conditions, warranties, representations and other terms that may apply to the site or its content. We won’t be liable for any loss or damage, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty or otherwise, even if foreseeable, arising from your use of, or inability to use, the site, or your use of or reliance on its content. In particular, we won’t be liable for loss of profit, revenue, business, business interruption, opportunity or goodwill, or any indirect or consequential loss.

4.3 If you’re using the site as a consumer, we provide it for domestic and private use only, and we’re not liable for any loss of profit, business, business interruption or business opportunity.

4.4 Any separate contract you have with us has its own liability terms.

5. Which law applies

5.1 These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction. If you’re a consumer living in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring proceedings in your local courts.
